 When I received my call up letter it was a bit difficult to comprehend the fact I was to travel to Bayelsa for camp in two days. I was excited though and started preparing for the journey. I left Jos for Bayelsa on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday morning at about 9:00 am. I was able to finish my registration that same day and got to settle a bit. It has been a whole lot of experience since my arrival and I have learnt a lot. Waking up every morning at about 3:00 am to start the days activity and get ready for that days stress. It's a wonderful experience to meet new people and go through different forms of preparation for various competitions. I was able to participate in the volleyball competition where we emerged as the winners of the game. A whole lot of fun activities like family dance, drama, debate, cultural dance, fashion parade and lots more.  We also learnt how to March on the parade ground saluting the general.
